You Already Know How to Coach.

Absolutely. Heart Coach Method™ was created for trained coaches who want to deepen the skills they already have, not start over. If you know how to coach but want greater presence, stronger intuition, more confidence working with emotion, and deeper connection with your clients, this program adds another dimension to your existing training: the heart.

No. You do not need to hold an ACC, PCC, or MCC credential to enroll. Heart Coach Method™ is designed for coaches who already have foundational coach training and want to continue developing their skills. If you are ICF credentialed, the program also provides 24 ICF CCE hours. We do not cover the basics, or foundational coaching skills, we will simply add to them.

Heart Coach Method™ explores the heart as a source of emotion, intuition, compassion, courage, spiritual connection, and inner wisdom, but it is not a religious or faith-based coaching course. The program is designed for professional coaches from a wide variety of backgrounds and beliefs. You will learn heart-centered principles and practices that can be integrated into your own coaching approach while honoring the beliefs, values, and autonomy of each client.

Almost all of it. The course instruction is asynchronous and available through the HCI Online Learning Center, so you can complete the lessons and practices on your own schedule. The program also includes three private mentoring hours with an HCI Mentor, which you will schedule separately.

Heart Coach Method™ includes 24 education hours, but you do not need to complete them all at once. The program is designed to fit into your schedule so you can move through the lessons, practices, and mentoring at a pace that supports your learning. Once a student starts the course, they have six months to complete it.

Your three private mentoring hours give you an opportunity to personalize what you're learning. You can explore questions, discuss how the Heart Coach Method™ applies to your coaching, receive support as you practice new heart skills, and deepen your understanding with an experienced HCI Mentor.

Heart Coach Method™ provides 24 ICF Continuing Coach Education hours: 12 Core Competency hours and 12 Resource Development hours. Upon successful completion of the program requirements, you will receive documentation of your CCE hours that can be used when submitting your ICF credential renewal. Check the current ICF website to see all CCE credit requirements.

Tuition for Heart Coach Method™ is $750. Your enrollment includes the complete 24-hour program, 12 Core Competency and 12 Resource Development CCE hours, exclusive Heart Coach Method™ teachings, tools and heart skills, experiential exercises and resources, access to the HCI Online Learning Center, and three private mentoring hours with an HCI Mentor.
